A few things help us help you faster:
- Many setup and audit questions are already answered on our FAQ page.
- If your question is about an audit, include the audit's scorecard grade and roughly when you ran it.
- Never paste your Bubble Data API key into an email — we never need it sent to us, and it's encrypted at rest inside the app.
- For billing or cancellation, our Terms of Service covers how plans and refunds work.
