Terms of Service
1. Service description
Bubble WU Auditor ("the service") is a SaaS product that analyzes Bubble.io application workflow graphs and usage data using a read-only Data API key, projects monthly Workflow Unit (WU) consumption, and produces dollar-ranked refactor recommendations.
The service is provided by AVBoost Agency ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you ("user", "you") agree to these terms.
2. Access and permissions
To use WU Auditor, you provide your Bubble app's Data API key. You represent that:
- You are the owner of the Bubble application or have explicit authorization from the owner to connect a third-party analysis tool.
- You will not provide API keys for applications you do not have permission to analyze.
WU Auditor uses the key in read-only mode. We do not write to, modify, or delete any resources in your Bubble application.
3. Accuracy of recommendations
WU cost projections are estimates based on the last 14 days of usage data extrapolated forward. Actual WU consumption may vary based on traffic patterns, Bubble pricing changes, and factors outside our analysis. Dollar savings figures are estimates dollarized at the overage rate you provide — we make no guarantee of actual savings.
4. Subscription plans and billing
Plans (Free with one audit/30 days; Standard at $39/mo with unlimited audits subject to a 50/day cap) are billed monthly. Overage on the Free plan pauses audits until the next 30-day window. Upgrades take effect immediately. Payments processed by Stripe. Refunds at our discretion for billing errors.
5. Data handling
Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data. We access only workflow definitions and aggregated usage counts — never your data tables or end-user records.
6. Intellectual property
WU Auditor and its underlying software are owned by AVBoost Agency. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for inaccurate WU projections, missed optimization opportunities, or any costs incurred on your Bubble plan. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. We may suspend your account for material breach of these terms or non-payment after a 7-day cure period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
