This page explains, in plain language, what emails Bubble WU Auditor (operated by AVBoost Agency) sends, how you opt in, and how you can change your mind at any time. It is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

What emails we send

We keep email to what's useful for running your audits. The emails we may send are:

  • Service & account
    Account confirmation, sign-in help, and essential notices about your account or billing. These keep your account working and are sent to all account holders.
  • Audit results
    When an audit you requested — or a scheduled weekly re-scan on the Standard plan — finishes, we can email you a summary so you don't have to keep checking the dashboard.
  • Cap-hit-imminent alerts
    On the Standard plan, a heads-up when your projected WU rate is about to hit your cap, so you can act before an overage.
  • Waitlist
    If you join the waitlist, a single email to let you know when WU Auditor opens to you. No drip campaign.

How consent is given

  • Service & account emails are part of using the product. When you create an account or join the waitlist, you agree to receive the messages needed to operate that service.
  • Audit-result and alert emails are tied to actions you take — running an audit, enabling scheduled re-scans, or setting a cap alert. You turn these on by using those features, and you can turn them off.
  • We ask for your email directly; we do not buy email lists or add you from third-party sources.
We use a session cookie for authenticated dashboard access only — no advertising or tracking cookies, and no sharing of your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Changing your mind

You're always in control:

  • Every non-essential email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer.
  • You can opt out at any time — see our email opt-out page for the full steps.
  • Prefer to ask a person? Email [email protected] and we'll update your preferences.

Essential service and account emails (for example, billing or security notices) may continue while you have an active account, because they're required to provide the service.
